An accurate assessment of the building performance needs, integrated into site-specific conditions that may affect a project is a critical step. FB&E provides these services to our clients, sometimes as the lead and other times in conjunction with the owner’s design team. We are experienced and skilled in defining project parameters and conceptualizing the end result.

Construction Services

Every project is unique and has its own set of variables.
There are several methods to deliver a project based on a client’s time and needs:

Design/Build
For this method, we are the single source of responsibility for all aspects of design, permitting, competitive pricing and construction delivery.

Construction Management (Agency or At-Risk)
We act as the owner’s independent agent for everything including reviewing plans developed by others, budgeting, value engineering, competitive pricing, construction delivery and resource management. Once the project is bid on we assume the role of general contractor and deliver the project.

General Contracting
We provide lump-sum prices for the delivery of a defined project on a set of plans prepared by others. Some of our clients have had plans and permits prepared and secured by others.

CBC Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
Often we will provide CBC pre-engineered metal buildings installed by our own erection crews to our clients and other contractors whom we have worked with for many years. We work with our clients and builders to accurately define this critical work to design value into the project and deliver an exceptional metal-building solution. We have been involved in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building industry and delivering creative and effective metal building solutions for 35 years.
