Construction of a new medical waste treatment & disposal facility utilizing the latest in automated technology to treat bio- hazardous waste using high heat.

The facility converts high-volume, low-density, infectious medical-waste into high-density, sanitized char which can be readily landfilled. The treated metals and glass are recycled and the site achieves up to 95% landfill diversion.

The project included site work, extensive foundations, 4 story structural steel infeed structure, installation of processing equipment, including 103' long carbonizer, thermal oxidizer, DSI silo, and 5 story pulse jet fabric filters.
